Service Description

Let me take the stress out of hosting a yard sale with my all-inclusive Yard Sale "Package". From acquiring permits to pricing items and advertising on social media, I've got you covered. You supply the yard, be as involved as you want to be, and I will provide all the receipts and forms for what I handle. This service is only available on the following dates (rain dates will be the Sundays after): Saturday, May 18th, 2024 MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND ALREADY BOOKED Saturday, June 8th, 2024 Saturday, June 15th, 2024 Saturday, June 22nd, 2024 Saturday, July 13th, 2024 Saturday, July 27th, 2024

Cancellation Policy

Once paid for Kate will notify the buyer, and request the recipient's information (name, address, phone number.) Kate will send a card to the recipient (or buyer, if this is going to be a surprise) letting them know they've got an organizer coming over! Yay! Once Kate and the recipient set the date, they will have the option to reschedule for anytime within the next 6 months (from the original date.) Unlike standard bookings, the Mother's Day/Yard Sale packages MUST be paid for in advance via PayPal (@SPACEwithKate) or credit card. Cancellations for refunds will need to be made 48 hours in advance. Medical emergencies will be taken into consideration.
